60 minutes of yoga

5 box jumps
400m run

Friday:

Saturday:

Run 6 - 9 miles
After all these many, many weeks of training, I didn't complete the Saturday run. I chose yoga at home and family moments. I needed the relaxation, focus, and peace from yoga and time with my family more than a physical challenge. So thankful for the inner strength I have regained that allows me to make such a choice. So thankful for the workouts to keep me accountable on all the other days.
