Tuesday:

3-4 mile run

50 push-ups

Wednesday:

60 minutes of yoga


Thursday:

10 minute warm-up

20 walking lunges
5 box jumps
400m run

Cool down - stretch


Friday:

10 minute warm-up

6 rounds

500m row, or 5 min bike or elliptical

Saturday:

10 minute warm-up

Run 6 - 9 miles

  1. After all these many, many weeks of training, I didn't complete the Saturday run. I chose yoga at home and family moments. I needed the relaxation, focus, and peace from yoga and time with my family more than a physical challenge. So thankful for the inner strength I have regained that allows me to make such a choice. So thankful for the workouts to keep me accountable on all the other days.
