25 squats
10 push ups
1 mile run

Cool down - Stretch

Tuesday:

45 minute run/walk


Wednesday:

60 minutes of yoga


Thursday:

10 minute warm-up

100 Walking lunges
100 Sit-ups

3-5 mile run

Cool down - stretch


Friday:

10 minute warm-up

45 minute fast run/walk
Cool down - Stretch


Saturday:

10 minute warm-up

Run, walk, hike... 5-10 miles
